Refunds are only possible to initiate for individual “pay now” transactions (i.e. a one off payment where the Customer selected “pay now”, or a specific transaction within a recurring schedule).
When processed, FlipPay will send the nominated refund amount back to the original payment method used by the Customer.
Partial refunds are possible, as are many partial refunds up to the limit of the initial transaction amount (excluding any fees initially applied).
Refunds will incur a processing charge for Merchants.
